I’ve spent over two decades coaching people of all ages and abilities – from complete beginners to competitive athletes.

As a Level 4 Master Trainer and elite strength and conditioning coach, I bring:

  • Deep knowledge of exercise science, nutrition and human physiology
  • Experience in weight management, cardiac rehab and diabetes care
  • Qualifications in boxing, kickboxing and mental health first aid
  • A track record of real results – including becoming a Natural Bodybuilding British Champion myself
